This paper proposes renaming the std::execution::system_context_replaceability namespace to either std::execution::parallel_scheduler_replaceability or std::execution::parallel_scheduler_replacement. The motivation is that system_context_replaceability causes confusion because system_context does not exist in the current C++ working draft, whereas parallel_scheduler is the actual name used, making the current namespace name misleading and inconsistent.
