// Community · Events
WG21 meets three times a year for week-long, face-to-face plenary sessions. All subgroups convene simultaneously, making each meeting the primary venue for advancing proposals toward the standard.
// How to attend
Everyone is welcome to attend official WG21 meetings — you can join as a member or a guest, though participation in consensus may be limited by your membership status. You can find more information on isocpp.org.

Employer Sponsorship
Many companies sponsor employees to attend WG21 meetings. If you work at a company with a C++ team, ask your employer about supporting your attendance. Sponsorship covers registration and meeting logistics.
Observer Status
Some meetings allow observer attendance. Meeting minutes, papers, and voting results are publicly available at open-std.org after each session regardless of attendance.
