It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with:
- ISO (International Organization for Standardization)
- IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission)
- JTC1 (ISO/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1)
- SC22 (Subcommittee 22, Programming Languages)
- WG21 (Working Group 21, C++)
- Any national/international standards body (ANSI, BSI, DIN, AFNOR, etc.)
This disclaimer also applies to the official websites, platforms, and materials of all the above organizations.
This site is maintained by The C Plus Plus Alliance, Inc. ("C++ Alliance"), a California nonprofit organization.
Official committee documents and formal committee processes should be accessed through official ISO or national-body channels. All committee documents, papers, and standards referenced on this site remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and ISO. WG21.org does not host any official committee documents.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WG21.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Use of the Site
WG21.org is provided for informational and community purposes only. You may use the Site to:
- Browse and read information about WG21, its structure, meetings, and publications.
- Access links to publicly available committee documents hosted on open-std.org.
- Participate in community discussions related to C++ standardization.
- Cast non-binding developer preference ballots via the PRAGMA platform.
You may not use the Site to:
- Represent yourself as an official WG21 delegate or committee member if you are not.
- Misrepresent the provenance or authority of committee documents.
- Scrape, redistribute, or monetize Site content without permission.
- Engage in harassment, spam, or abusive conduct in discussion areas.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, WG21.org makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content. Committee schedules, paper counts, and meeting details may be out of date. For authoritative information, refer to official ISO or national-body channels.
Developer Ballots (PRAGMA)
The PRAGMA ballot platform allows developers to express non-binding preferences on committee papers. These results are shared with the WG21 committee as community sentiment data only. PRAGMA votes have no formal standing in the ISO process and do not constitute an official ballot, vote, or position of WG21, ISO, or any national body.

The Site contains links to external websites including open-std.org, github.com, isocpp.org, and others. WG21.org is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.
Intellectual Property
Committee papers and standards documents linked from this Site are owned by their respective authors and ISO. Please see attributions & credits below for more information on external data. The WG21.org name, logo, and site content are operated by the C++ Alliance. Do not use the WG21.org name or logo in a way that implies official committee affiliation.
Limitation of Liability
WG21.org and the C++ Alliance are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on information provided herein, or inability to access the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Governing Law
