[P3596R3] introduced a pair of new annexes to the C++ Standard containing full catalogues of undefined behavior and ill-formed, no-diagnostic required constructs. That paper was current and complete when it was approved to be merged into the draft Standard in Brno, but it was also instantly out of date due to other papers that landed concurrently at the same meeting. In addition, new eyes on the contents of the annexes have brought up some minor issues and suggestions for improved readability and formatting. This paper captures a round of changes to the annexes that will bring the Standard to a state where ongoing maintenance of the annexes can be reliably expected to happen in individual papers that touch on the relevant items directly.
