WG21 expended great energy producing a high-quality Draft International Standard (DIS) for approval by national bodies to be published as C++26. No new technical concerns with that draft have been raised, hence we propose submitting that draft for publication and allowing the community to reliably benefit from the results of everything the committee has worked hard to produce.
